Human Resources Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the business to strategically support the growth of the company, including fostering future talent pipeline needs
- Develop influential partnerships with hiring managers and HR Directors
- Enhance the company's brand as an employer of choice
- Create informed, consultative sourcing strategies in collaboration with HR and Hiring Managers to source quality candidates.
- Identify, attract, engage and secure top talent
- Work towards best-in-class time to fill metrics
- Develop and negotiate complex competitive offer packages
- Maintain strong market expertise of the competitive landscape
- Identify and participate in process improvements and efficiencies
Required Education & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of a mix of staffing and corporate recruiting experience
- Minimum of three years of recruiting experience required, technical recruiting experience a plus
- Mix of staffing and corporate recruiting preferred
- Consultative approach with the organization and HR Directors
- Ability to build pipelines and advanced user of various recruiting platforms, skills and techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with numerous projects happenings simultaneously
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
- Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Hybrid position - in office once a week
