Job Description
Do you enjoy payroll but not the commitment it can require. We are working on hybrid payroll opportunity. This role will manage payroll for 3 different divisions.
As the Payroll Manager you will manage and complete all payroll functions ensuring that payroll is processed on time and accurately.
Responsibilities include:
- Implement, maintain and review payroll processing systems for accuracy
- Ensure payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and change to pay rates
- Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll wage and hour laws
- Complete quarterly and annual 941's and other tax related items and year end W-2's for 3 companies
- Complete weekly payroll for company and semi-monthly for the other 2 companies and payroll taxes
- Other projects as assigned
Job Requirements
Prior Payroll experience preparing, balancing and entering payroll taxes
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel
