Part-Time Marketing Research Manager
Job Description
The Research Manager is responsible for conducting industry research. (e.g., Satisfaction Survey, evaluations of webinars and conferences)
The Research Manager will review quantitative and qualitative data and compile, analyze, organize, and report on data to create accurate research that will assist the leadership team with fiscal, program, and policy decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. Coordinating and scheduling all internal research activities in accordance with strategic goals of the association.
2. Data analysis
3. Gather and interpret industry data and competitor development
4. Prepare trend analysis and gather data and statistics on service performance
5. Coordinate approved research projects: determine best methods to gather necessary information; develop and test surveys; implement surveys; obtain and compile data; analyze data and statistical research findings
6. Develop proposals to work with qualitative/quantitative vendors as necessary.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in research-based or related discipline such as Sociology or Psychology
- 5-10 years of experience in a research-related field
- Requires SPSS, Survey Monkey or other survey design software
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
