As a Packaging Operator, you’ll play a key role in getting high-quality products ready for the world. In this active, hands-on position, you’ll help with blending, boxing, bagging, and sanitizing, while setting up and operating packaging equipment. Working under clear guidelines, you’ll ensure everything meets top quality and safety standards. If you’re detail-driven and enjoy fast-paced, team-oriented work — this is the job for you!

• Setting up, operating, adjusting, cleaning, and sanitizing packaging equipment according to procedures.
• Assisting others in trained areas as required by production demands or Supervisor direction.
• Preparing bags and labels for product fills according to work instructions.
• Verifying lots and batch numbers and dumping materials into blender/hopper.
• Stacking bags and boxes onto trolleys for storage in the freezer.
• Delivering or picking up raw materials or finished products from -55°C freezer.
• Troubleshooting and identifying equipment failures or problems.
• Completing necessary paperwork and data entry for production and inventory records.
• Participating in continuous improvement activities using Lean concepts and principles.
• Taking necessary samples for QC testing as needed.
• Adhering to all GMP, safety, ISO, and standardized work procedures.
