• Monday – Thursday
• 4:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime opportunities available

What You'll Do As a Packaging Operator, you will support packaging operations and assist with the introduction of new Flex Bags while also helping in blending operations as needed. Duties include:

• Setting up, operating, cleaning, and sanitizing packaging equipment
• Preparing bags and labels according to production specifications
• Verifying lot and batch numbers before packaging
• Loading materials into blenders and hoppers
• Bagging, boxing, and staging finished products for storage
• Transferring raw materials and finished goods, including freezer storage areas
• Troubleshooting equipment issues and reporting concerns
• Completing production paperwork and inventory records
• Collecting quality control samples when required
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and Lean manufacturing practices
• Following all GMP, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Food production, manufacturing, or packaging experience preferred
• Ability to lift, stack, and move product throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in cold environments, including freezer areas
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math skills and ability to follow written production instructions
• Basic computer skills; SAP or ERP experience is a plus
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
