Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Packaging Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating packaging equipment, inspecting finished products, and ensuring all items meet company quality and safety standards. The Packaging Operator will play an essential part in maintaining smooth production flow and achieving daily output goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor packaging machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company and customer standards.
Prepare, label, and package finished products according to work instructions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and communicate with maintenance when needed.
Record production data, including counts, weights, and batch information.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Assist with material handling, inventory checks, and supply replenishment as required.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules.
