There is currently an opportunity working for one of the world’s fastest growing biotechnology companies, and they are looking for someone just like you to join their team. With this position as an Operator in the Packaging department, you would play a crucial role in ensuring the products are packaged efficiently and meet the highest quality standards. This position includes a variety of tasks, so no two days will be exactly the same.
Throughout your time with the company, you will participate in continuous improvement activities, which will help enhance operational efficiency. You will also need to adhere to all safety and GMP guidelines to ensure a safe and successful work environment.

Krystyna recently took the exciting step of beginning her professional journey after graduating from the University of Alabama in the summer of 2025 with a degree in Chemistry. She joined Hatch as an ELITE Intern, eager to gain hands-on experience and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Krystyna embraces new challenges and is motivated by the opportunity to learn, contribute, and make a meaningful impact each day.
Outside of her work Krystyna enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her two one-year-old German Shepherds. She is excited about this new step in her career and brings a positive, enthusiastic attitude to everything she does.
