What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Partner with producers on mid-market accounts to ensure clients receive the best service
- Policy Management Pro: Process and invoice policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations with precision
- Proposal Preparation: Review quotes for accuracy, coverage, terms, and pricing, and generate compelling proposals for producers
- Renewal Champion: Prepare premium summaries, loss data, coverage comparisons, and rate analysis for client renewals
- Client Management Software Savvy: Utilize EPIC to track, process, and manage client accounts efficiently
- Marketing Submissions: Create and manage submissions while maintaining active communication with insurance carriers
- Endorsement Specialist: Handle endorsement requests, follow-ups, invoicing, and delivery to clients
- Audit Wizardry: Process audits by verifying rates, exposures, and premiums, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Problem-Solver: Tackle billing issues, cancellations, and policy changes with a client-first approach
- Relationship Builder: Foster strong connections with clients, the community, and insurance carriers, solidifying trust and long-term partnerships

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance servicing
- Active Property and Casualty license is required
