Hatch Staffing Services is seeking a New Business Developer to work in conjunction with our Sales Director and recruiting team to assist in the sales of our services to prospective companies within the Greater Milwaukee Area.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone that is eager to grow a long-standing and reputable Milwaukee-based company that is looking to grow! Someone who has high energy, a passion for building relationships, and the ability to write down goals and blast them is exactly who we are looking for! Our future New Business Developer is looking for career advancement opportunities within the Hatch Team and is looking to make a positive impact on individual lives and the local economy daily!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Set up appointments through B2B cold calling, phone calls, emails, and networking
  • Travel out to prospect worksites and align Hatch solutions with prospective business’ objectives and needs
  • Stay up to date and knowledgeable on our industry to ensure your bring value to prospects
  • Enter notes and sales calls into internal CRM
  • Research and source new prospects
  • Achieve or exceed monthly goals of sales calls, phone calls, and cold calls


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Enthusiasm for a sales career
  • Skilled in persuasion, building relationships, sales techniques and cold calling
  • Communicate in oral and written form
  • Process-driven
  • Work with minimal supervision and take initiative
  • Life-long learner
  • Ability to work with many different personalities
  • Provide fanatical customer service

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Appropriate strengths including: Competition, Achiever, Relator or Strategic
