What You'll Be Doing
No two days are exactly the same, and that's one of the best parts of this role. You'll spend your days:
- Helping maintain beautiful outdoor living spaces that customers love.
- Building great relationships with homeowners and providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Traveling between customer locations throughout the day.
- Working outside in every season, spring, summer, fall, and even winter.
- Carrying and moving products and equipment (typically 25–35 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs.).
- Taking pride in leaving every property looking its best.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys being outdoors and staying active.
- Loves interacting with people and providing excellent customer service.
- Has a positive attitude and looks for solutions instead of problems.
- Takes pride in doing quality work.
- Is dependable, hardworking, and enjoys being part of a team.
- Has a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Can comfortably lift up to 50 pounds.
