  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of four departments
  • Foster seamless communication between teams to ensure consistent alignment on projects, timelines, and objectives
  • Identify bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and implement solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration
  • Act as a problem-solver to ensure all departments are working together
  • Monitor performance metrics across departments, compile data-driven reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement
  • Manage inventory, including monitoring, pulling, and ensuring proper stock levels
  • Handle purchasing activities to support departmental needs and maintain cost-effectiveness
  • Conduct weekly meetings with department managers to provide constructive feedback and foster a collaborative team environment
  • Develop, document, and implement system processes to streamline operations and improve work flows

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with experience leading teams or conducting meetings
  • Ability to create and optimize system processes 
  • Three+ years'experience in a product driven position
