We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager to support daily operations and help keep our office running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a collaborative, laid-back environment where teamwork and a positive attitude are valued.
What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks (invoicing, tracking expenses, basic reporting)
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Maintain organized records and office systems
Assist leadership with scheduling, coordination, and general administrative support
Help create a welcoming, positive office environment for employees and visitors
What We’re Looking For
Experience using QuickBooks for bookkeeping or accounting tasks
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and reliability
Friendly, team-oriented mindset
Previous office management or administrative experience preferred
