We are seeking a reliable Packaging Operator to support production and packaging operations in a fast-paced environment. This position involves working with packaging equipment, assisting with new product packaging methods (including flexible bagging), and supporting related processes as needed.
This is an early-start role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and being part of a team focused on quality and efficiency.
Krystyna recently took the exciting step of beginning her professional journey after graduating from the University of Alabama in the summer of 2025 with a degree in Chemistry. She joined Hatch as an ELITE Intern, eager to gain hands-on experience and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Krystyna embraces new challenges and is motivated by the opportunity to learn, contribute, and make a meaningful impact each day.
Outside of her work Krystyna enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her two one-year-old German Shepherds. She is excited about this new step in her career and brings a positive, enthusiastic attitude to everything she does.
