What will you do?
- Assemble mechanical components according to blueprints, operation sheets, and work instructions
- Bend, cut, and braze copper joints for refrigeration circuits
- Wire electrical components (bonus points if you can read schematics!)
- Follow schedules and ensure materials and paperwork move smoothly through the assembly process
- Operate tools & equipment safely, including overhead hoists and forklifts (experience is a plus!)
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with coworkers and problem-solving as needed

Job Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
- High School Diploma or equivalent – technical training a plus!
- 1+ years of experience in mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude – if you love taking things apart and putting them back together, this is the job for you!
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics (both mechanical and electrical a bonus)
- Great communication and organizational skills to keep production moving smoothly
