Assemble mechanical components according to blueprints, operation sheets, and work instructions
Bend, cut, and braze copper joints for refrigeration circuits
Wire electrical components (bonus points if you can read schematics!)
Follow schedules and ensure materials and paperwork move smoothly through the assembly process
Operate tools & equipment safely, including overhead hoists and forklifts (experience is a plus!)
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety
Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with coworkers and problem-solving as needed

Job Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
High School Diploma or equivalent – technical training a plus!
1+ years of experience in mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical aptitude – if you love taking things apart and putting them back together, this is the job for you!
Ability to read blueprints and schematics (both mechanical and electrical a bonus)
Great communication and organizational skills to keep production moving smoothly
