• Assemble with Accuracy: Perform mechanical builds and operations based on detailed blueprints, operation sheets, wire lists, and sales orders. Your precision ensures every product meets the highest standards.
• Master the Process: Work seamlessly with rework and repair directives, shop travelers, and computer-generated instructions to drive efficiency and quality.
• Brazing Expertise: Use your skills to braze copper joints for refrigerator circuits, ensuring reliability and durability in every build.
• Stay Organized: Coordinate material pulls, manage assembly floor schedules, and maintain accurate status records to keep operations running smoothly.
• Move and Build: Handle materials with care using proper lifting techniques or overhead hoists, contributing to a safe and efficient workflow.
• Measure Up: Interpret simple drawings, perform calculations involving decimals and fractions, and utilize measuring instruments to ensure perfection in every detail.
• Bonus Skills: If you can read electrical schematics and wire, you’ll have a leg up in this dynamic role!
