Job Description

Overview

Fuel your career with speed and precision! We’re looking for a Mechanical Assembler with a passion for motorsports, motorcycles, and performance machines. In this role, you’ll assemble high-quality components that power the bikes and vehicles our customers love. From engines and drivetrains to performance parts, you’ll play a key part in building products that push the limits of speed and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble motorsports components and systems, including brakes and suspension parts.
  • Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Use precision tools, torque wrenches, and measuring devices to meet performance specifications.
  • Conduct inspections and functional tests to verify quality and safety of assemblies.
  • Troubleshoot and correct assembly issues in collaboration with engineering and quality teams.
  • Maintain an organized workstation and adhere to all safety and 5S standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements.
  • Support a team culture driven by performance, craftsmanship, and innovation.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
  • Prior experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or related field is a plus.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
  • Proficient with basic hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
