We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems, ensuring high-quality and precise assembly according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
  • Assemble mechanical parts and systems using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
  • Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure proper function and adherence to quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and repair any assembly issues or defects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanical assembly is a plus.
  • Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to measure and calculate dimensions accurately.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
  • Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
  • Good vision and hearing to identify assembly issues and ensure quality.
