Material Handler
Job Description
A growing manufacturing and distribution company in Menomonee Falls is looking for a reliable Material Handler to join their team. This role is essential to maintaining efficient warehouse operations through accurate receiving, inventory handling, and timely delivery of materials to production areas.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Stock raw materials in production areas to ensure continuous workflow

Receive and verify incoming shipments—checking part numbers, dimensions, quantities, and quality

Inspect materials for any damage during transit
-
Deliver materials to appropriate storage or production areas
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving dock and aisles
-
Occasionally drive and unload box trucks as needed
What We're Looking For:

At least 3 years of forklift driving experience
-
Strong attention to detail and a consistent safety record
-
Basic computer skills
-
Ability to follow directions and communicate in basic English

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 40 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally

Capable of bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
-
Operate motorized equipment such as forklifts, including getting on and off frequently

Ability to visually inspect incoming and outgoing materials
Work Environment:

Manufacturing floor setting

Moderate physical activity with regular movement and equipment handling

Clean, team-focused environment where urgency and accuracy are key
