Marketing Manager

Job Description
- Lead the creation and updates of marketing materials including sales tools, website content, digital ads, videos, brochures, and newsletters
- Develop and execute global, multi-channel marketing strategies across digital, print, and in-person platforms
- Manage trade show logistics and execution, including promotional materials and post-event reporting
- Oversee department performance metrics, marketing budget, and editorial/advertising calendar
- Ensure adherence to brand standard across all materials
- Coordinate with cross functional teams (Product Management, Sales, Engineering) to align on goals
- Supervise and develop direct reports; manager vendor relationships
- Analyze marketing performance and report insights to the executive team
- Support the company’s multi-year Vision and Mission
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 4 years in a marketing manager role
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Experience with B2B marketing; aerospace or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, SEO, and social media advertising
- Technical writing and campaign reporting expertise preferred
- Project management training or certification is a plus
