Extremely reputable, family-oriented, high-end custom real estate development firm is looking to add a Marketing Manager to their team.

They are looking for a result-driven, creative individual to manage their marketing strategies.

As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives while driving brand awareness.

Responsibilities Include:

Developing and executing a social media strategy
to engage audiences and showcase our developments and custom development projects.
Strengthening and growing the brand through consistent messaging and marketing campaigns.
Managing and creating content, including blog posts,
newsletters, and other promotional materials.
Capturing and editing professional photos and videos to highlight
projects, events, and company culture.
Managing website, optimizing website performance, managing SEO
strategies, and tracking analytics to improve traffic and lead generation for the team.
Coordinating targeted campaigns and events.
Collaborate with leadership, sales, and design teams to align marketing strategies.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO best practices, and analytics tools.
Content creation skills, including copywriting, photography, and videography.
Creative mindset with strong project management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
