Seeking an experienced 3rd Shift Production Supervisor with a strong background in injection molding. Responsible for overseeing nightly production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. Will lead and support a team of machine operators and technicians, troubleshoot equipment issues, and coordinate with maintenance and quality departments to maintain smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Proven experience in injection molding
Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently on 3rd shift
