Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Third Shift Production Supervisor with experience in injection molding to lead overnight operations. This role is responsible for supervising production teams, ensuring quality output, and maintaining safety and efficiency during the third shift.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support third shift production staff.

Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing of molded parts.

Monitor shift performance and address production or personnel issues.

Troubleshoot molding machines and process issues as needed.

Maintain shift records and communicate with other shift supervisors and management.

Enforce company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications:

3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.

Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes.

Effective communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
