Product Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Product Manager to lead the life cycle of manufacturing products from concept through launch. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams—including engineering, operations, and sales—to align product strategy with customer needs and business goals. A strong focus on fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and teamwork is essential. You will champion a values-driven environment where transparency, accountability, and mutual respect are at the core of every decision.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute product roadmaps based on market research and stakeholder input

Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and quality product delivery

Lead with a people-first mindset, promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture

Continuously evaluate product performance and customer feedback for improvements

Align product initiatives with operational capabilities and strategic goals
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Marketing, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 2+ years of Product Management experience or 3+ years as a product specialist
- Strong presence and leadership skills - must be able to lead and drive conversation
- Experience with interconnect products and/or aerospace & defence is a plus
- Proven track record of strong working relationships with managers and cross-functional teams
- Project management certification is a bonus
