Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The CSR will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time while providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online portals.

Enter, process, and manage customer orders in ERP systems with accuracy and efficiency.

Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate availability or shortages to customers.

Handle customer complaints, returns, or quality issues professionally and in accordance with company policies.

Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and order history.

Provide product information, including packaging, lead times, and availability.

Track shipments and provide updates or documentation as needed.

Support sales and account management with customer reports or service follow-ups.

Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards in all communications and documentation.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or food industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, JD Edwards).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
