ARE YOU A RECENT GRAD?

We are seeking a motivated entry-level or recent graduate Chemical or Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong technical foundation while gaining hands-on experience in a stable, growth-focused environment. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers on real-world projects that directly impact operations, efficiency, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support process improvement and mechanical design initiatives across operations
• Assist in analyzing workflows, equipment performance, and production data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance
• Participate in troubleshooting equipment and process issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects (cost savings, efficiency, safety)
• Help develop and maintain engineering documentation, SOPs, and reports
• Assist with project management tasks including timelines, tracking, and implementation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical, or Process Engineering, or related field
• Internship, co-op, or project experience preferred but not required
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of CAD, manufacturing processes, or process optimization is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow within an engineering environment
