Position Summary
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of materials and products. This role supports both distribution and production needs while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming materials and verify the accuracy of shipments.
Store products in proper locations according to specifications.
Pick and pack customer orders based on packing list instructions.
Verify orders for accuracy before shipment in accordance with routing guidelines.
Pull and consolidate materials for production use.
Maintain adequate levels of shipping supplies (tape, labels, boxes, bags, etc.) at all workstations.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and verify totals for accuracy.
Keep work area clean and promote a safe work environment at all times.
Comply with OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.
Access and follow all Quality Manual procedures as they apply to job duties.
Obtain and maintain forklift certification as required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs safely and regularly.
Additional Information
Overtime or weekend work may be requested when necessary; prior notice will be provided by the Warehouse Operations Manager.
