We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to provide quotes, answer product questions, and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and build lasting customer relationships.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and manage customer quotes with accuracy and attention to detail
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met
Track and follow up on orders, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction
Maintain customer records and update systems as needed
