We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Support to help with setup, repair, and maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures safe, efficient operation of equipment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. With training and experience, this position offers strong opportunities for growth into advanced maintenance, leadership, or technical specialist roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe work practices and maintain a clean, organized work area (5S, Lean initiatives).

• Set up molds, run first-piece samples, and perform insert changes.

• Troubleshoot and repair molds, including heaters, cylinders, oil lines, and ejector systems.

• Conduct preventative maintenance and basic repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and metalworking equipment (drill press, grinder, etc.) to fabricate and repair parts.

• Read and interpret prints, wiring diagrams, and specifications to diagnose and resolve issues.

• Complete required documentation and support continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 1–3 years of relevant maintenance or mold-making experience.

• Ability to read mechanical/assembly prints and wiring diagrams.

• Basic knowledge of PM techniques, multi-meter use, and metric/English fasteners.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
