Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

As our Maintenance Set-Up Technician, you’ll be the go-to guru for:

Setting up, breaking down, and maintaining production equipment like a pro.
Troubleshooting mechanical issues before they become “OH NO” moments.
Performing preventive maintenance like a time-traveling tech wizard.
Ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored, labeled, and ready for action.
Keeping your work area so clean even your mom would be impressed.
Following safety procedures (we like our team with all fingers attached).
Collaborating with awesome coworkers who appreciate a good "dad joke" and a shared goal.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A toolbox full of knowledge (and maybe real tools too)

• 1–3 years of experience in maintenance, set-up, or mechanical work (bonus if you’ve worked in a manufacturing or production environment)

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or mysterious instruction manuals

• Problem-solving skills that rival MacGyver

• A strong work ethic and a stronger coffee preference

• A love for systems that work and machines that purr
