We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, maintaining equipment, and providing technical support across our operations. Your strong maintenance background and problem-solving mindset will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, while your ability to support internal teams will help keep our systems running at their best.
What You’ll Do:
Provide first-line technical support for employees, equipment, and systems
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and machinery issues quickly and effectively

Document issues and solutions to improve knowledge sharing
