Industrial Maintenance TechnicianPosition OverviewThe Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment and facility systems to support continuous plant operations. This role plays a critical part in reducing downtime, supporting preventative maintenance initiatives, and ensuring production equipment operates safely and efficiently.The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience, PLC knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with minimal supervision.ScheduleAWS (Alternating Work Schedule)
Day Shift: 6: 00 AM –6: 00 PM
Night Shift: 6: 00 PM –6: 00 AM
Rotating weekends included
Night shift includes a $2.50/hour shift premium.Compensation
Starting around $37/hour depending on experience
Quarterly bonus opportunity for hourly employees

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment and machinery
Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production equipment
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems
Support maintenance shutdowns and large equipment repair projects
Perform machine rebuilds, repairs, and equipment modifications
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Minimize equipment downtime through effective troubleshooting and repair
Work closely with production teams to maintain operational efficiency
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
Document maintenance activities and completed repairs
Qualifications
Industrial maintenance experience within manufacturing required
Strong PLC troubleshooting and diagnostic experience required
Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and industrial machinery
Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively
Preferred Experience
Experience in high-speed or automated manufacturing environments
Technical diploma, apprenticeship, or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs
Experience supporting large-scale production equipment
