Duties & Responsibilities:

Filling Machine Operator I:

• Set up, adjust, operate, disassemble, and clean basic packaging equipment (Simplex, Ram, G-100 gun, Heat Sealer, Shotmeter, and complete Hand Pours) as per job requirements.
• Fill samples, dual paks, bottles, and other basic fills as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; inspect and verify machines are clean before use.
• Assist lead personnel in training new and existing packagers.

Job Requirements:

• Preferred 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, especially in custom adhesive, chemical, paint manufacturing, or liquid packaging/filling.
• Ability to handle physical requirements including repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting.
• Effective reading and writing skills to interpret job paperwork, run jobs, and record information.
• Basic mechanical skills to work with hand tools for equipment setup, adjustment, and disassembly.
• Must be self-directed, able to work independently in a fast-paced production environment, and comfortable performing repetitious tasks.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring products meet designated quality standards.
• Responsible and adheres to all safety and security procedures.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic, expanding company.

Shift Hours:

• 1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
• 3rd Shift: 10:00pm - 6:30am
