Shift: 223 Shift, 4:30 PM – 5:00 AM (Overnight)
Location: West Allis
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and dependable Packaging Associate to join our team for the overnight 223 shift in a food manufacturing environment. In this role, you will assist in the packaging department, preparing and packaging food products efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and package food products by unloading them into a hopper and filling smaller containers.
- Regularly handle products in and out of the freezer.
- Stay productive during downtime by seeking out additional tasks to help the team.
- Follow clear instructions to ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs as needed (non-repetitive).
- Work well with the team while maintaining focus and motivation on individual tasks.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Must be willing and able to work in a freezer environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage downtime and seek additional work as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.
