We have a manufacturing client looking to hire a Machine Operator to join a team that's passionate about innovation, quality, and making a positive impact. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new processes, and collaborating with a team that values continuous improvement. You'll play an important role in supporting operations while contributing to a culture built on teamwork, safety, and a shared commitment to excellence.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Process equipment running smoothly through operation, adjustments, cleaning, and sanitization
• Help bring products to life by mixing materials, monitoring processes, and collecting samples along the way
• Support quality and compliance efforts by maintaining accurate records and following safety standards
• Someone who enjoys learning, follows procedures carefully, and takes pride in producing high-quality work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• High School Diploma or GED required; forklift, pallet walker, SAP
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
