Find Your Next Opportunity As A Machine Operator!
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team!. This hands-on role is essential in ensuring production runs efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery, as well as assisting with material handling tasks to support overall production flow.
Responsibilities
Set up, operate, adjust, clean, sanitize, and troubleshoot production equipment and machinery to produce products in line with quality standards.
Prepare raw materials and feed them into appropriate processing systems.
Handle material movement tasks: loading/unloading, staging, transporting raw materials and finished goods (possibly using carts, pallet jacks, forklifts where required).
Deliver or pick up materials; including into and out of cold storage/freezer environments (if applicable) per site needs.
Label, bag, stack, or package finished products; verify lot/batch numbers; assist with packaging duties.
Record production data and complete required paperwork; data entry into plant systems or ERP where needed.
Participate in continuous improvement / Lean initiatives; follow GMP, ISO, safety, sanitation, standard work, and other regulatory or quality compliance procedures
Ryan is a driven professional who recently transitioned from a successful background in athletics to the staffing industry. Formerly a college soccer coach at Wisconsin Lutheran College, he now channels his passion for mentorship and connection into helping individuals find the right career opportunities. His coaching experience has sharpened his ability to recognize potential, build strong relationships, and foster growth in every client and candidate interaction.
Outside of work, Ryan stays active by working out and spending time with friends around the Milwaukee area. He also continues to share his love for the game by coaching two travel teams at Elmbrook United Soccer Club.
