Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Operator to join our production team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery and equipment within the manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong mechanical aptitude, and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation: Operate and monitor machinery such as Simplex Filler machines

Setup & Calibration: Set up machines according to specifications, including installing parts, tools, and materials; adjust machine settings and controls as necessary to ensure optimal performance.

Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of machinery and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Adjust machinery as needed to correct discrepancies or defects.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform basic machine maintenance, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts. Identify mechanical problems, troubleshoot, and collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, guidelines, and standards to maintain a safe work environment. Ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) is used at all times.

Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, including machine usage, production rates, and any issues or malfunctions encountered. Complete logs and reports as required.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to meet production goals and resolve any operational challenges.
