Machine Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shift | Menomonee Falls, WI
We’re hiring motivated Machine Operators to join a well-established, clean, and safety-focused manufacturing environment. Immediate openings for 2nd and 3rd shift – start as soon as possible!
What You’ll Do:
Operate and monitor production machinery efficiently and safely
Follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality products
Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
Previous machine operation experience is a plus, but willing to train motivated candidates
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
