Job Description: Logistics Coordinator

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our supply chain, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities.
• Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments and deliveries.
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Utilize logistics software and systems to manage and track shipments.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
