Extremely stable growing family-oriented business is looking to add to their team. They offer summer hours on Friday's all year round. This role will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and completion of sales quotes and orders. Requires strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include:
Receiving and preparing sales orders
Analyzing, editing and interpreting incoming orders to ensure they are completed accurately
Data entry of sales orders
Sending out order acknowledgements
Resolving customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely manner on order status, shipment tracking of pre-sale quotes
Coordinating and implementing product information on website portals
Assisting with annual pricing processes, updating internal price lists as needed
