Responsibilities:

This role reports directly to our VP of Sales & Marketing. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing, filtering, and responding to all company sales inquiries.
• Supporting Regional Sales Managers in developing new business by reaching out to potential customers.
• Providing customers with information and sales materials about Hermle products.
• Offering technical support to customers and Regional Sales Managers.
• Traveling extensively to promote Hermle products to customers.
• Participating in overseas training in Germany, maintaining product knowledge, and engaging with customers.
• Attending trade shows and open houses.
• Occasionally supporting customer applications training at our facilities or on-site.
• Performing additional duties as needed.
