Job Description

Job Title: Janitor/Custodian Extraordinaire

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform restrooms, break rooms, and common areas into spotless oases.
  • Show off your sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming skills on floors that shine like new.
  • Be the hero who empties trash bins and keeps our space clutter-free.
  • Dust, clean, and polish surfaces to a gleaming finish.
  • Keep supplies stocked and ready for action in restrooms and kitchens.
  • Tackle minor maintenance tasks like a pro, from changing light bulbs to fixing fixtures.
  • Be our eyes and ears, reporting any safety hazards or equipment issues.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines like a cleanliness ninja.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (but a great attitude is even more important!).
  • Previous experience as a janitor, custodian, or in a similar role is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their superpowers.
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment with finesse.
  • Detail-oriented, independent worker with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Physically fit and ready to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Working Conditions:

  • Indoor work with the occasional outdoor adventure.
