Internal Sales Representative
Job Description

• Home Sales: Engage with potential homeowners to present and sell our home and lot
packages.
• Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective buyers to understand
their needs and preferences.
• Open Houses: Be available to manage and conduct open house events, showcasing our
homes to interested buyers.
• MLS Listings: Update and maintain accurate and appealing Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
listings for all available properties.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends,
pricing, and competition in the residential home building industry.
• Sales Tracking and Reporting: Track sales activities and performance metrics, and
provide regular reports to management.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing
and potential clients to foster long-term business relationships.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and construction teams to
ensure alignment on sales strategies and client needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and
contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
