Job Description

Do you enjoy helping customers and building relationships while being a part of reputable growing brand and company?  Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to provide "WOW" customer service in every client interaction.  This role will assist clients with product questions as well as assisting with service support.  Responsibilities include:

  • Fielding incoming client questions via phone, text, and email 
  • Follow up on recommendations through field reps 
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations 
  • Assist with scheduling of projects and renewals 
  • Assist with entering invoices 
  • Additional Office Support 

Job Requirements

Prior sales/customer service experience 

Strong written and verbal communication skills
