Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Leader to grow our customer base and lead a team of recruiters. You do not need prior recruiting experience we provide the training, but you must have a proven sales track record and the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. This role is perfect for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and wants to contribute to a company with a strong reputation in Milwaukee and Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and development to maximize individual and team performance.
• Drive new business development and expand our customer base in Milwaukee and the surrounding areas.
• Build strong relationships with clients and prospects, identifying opportunities to provide staffing solutions that meet their needs.
• Collaborate with leadership to set sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement action plans to address performance gaps.
• Support recruiters in client engagement, lead generation, and closing business opportunities.
• Participate in sales calls and client meetings as needed to support business development.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales activities and results.

Qualifications:

• Proven success in inside sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; experience coaching and developing a sales team.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and sales technology to track performance and pipelines.
• Previous recruiting experience is not required, but a willingness to learn and support recruiting operations is essential.
