Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing inbound and outbound sales activity
Prepare accurate quotes, process orders, and follow up to close sales
Provide product recommendations and technical support
Collaborate with outside sales to support accounts and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on vendor offerings
Resolve customer issues related to pricing, availability, delivery, and specifications
Track customer interactions and opportunities in CRM/ERP systems
Support inventory coordination and lead time communication
Consistently deliver a high level of service to drive long-term customer relationships
2+ years of inside sales or customer-facing experience (distribution, industrial, or technical sales preferred)
Knowledge of industrial components is a strong plus
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, order-driven environment
Ability to read specifications, part numbers, and basic technical documentation
Proficient with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability
