Overview We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Account Executive to join our team. This full-time role involves working with new and existing customers to identify the right products, solve customer problems, and facilitate orders. As part of a team of inside sales professionals, you will handle incoming phone calls and inquiries from customers who view our website or catalogs. This position does not require prospecting, cold calling, or travel.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers by identifying the correct products and providing solutions to their needs.
Manage and process incoming orders via phone, email, and online inquiries.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service.
Provide product recommendations and technical assistance as needed.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales or customer service.
Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Salesforce or familiarity with industrial or technical products is a plus.
