Inside Sales/Account Manager

The Inside Sales/Account Manager plays a key role in the overall welfare of the company. This role interacts both over the phone and via email with existing customers to discuss needs, promote new products, share product samples, and gather referrals. You are the customer advocate and are responsible for bringing together resources to assure satisfaction and client retention.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in showroom with product and in-person customers, answering client questions, emails, and online chat requests
- Sell consultatively while demonstrating product and process knowledge
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, providing production information, quotes, and solutions
- Process client orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy of orders
- Resolve customer needs and requests
- Establish relationships with end-user accounts to assess products/services
- Participates in strategic planning and works collaboratively in shared accounts
- Creates and conducts effective proposals and bid responses that identify customer's problems and solutions
Job Requirements
1-3 years of sales/customer service experience
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Additional Information
Additional Yearly Bonus $2,000-$5,000
