Inside Sale Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative you would be responsible for:
Obtaining inside sales orders by answering telephones calls, verifying and entering information to convert calls to sales.
Increase sales by explaining product features and benefits, checking customer buying history, suggesting related items, and providing quotes.
Compile lists of prospective customer to use for sale's leads based on data received from marketing strategies.
Contact existing customers to update database and create window for product needs
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and delivery issues for customers.
Quote prices and prepare sales orders.
Estimate delivery dates based on knowledge of production delivery schedules
Coordinate customer training, demonstrates and maintains literature.
Enters new data and other sales information into the database.
