Job Description

This entry-level role supports the sales team by building customer relationships, managing leads, preparing quotes, and helping drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, qualify, and follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries.
  • Support quote preparation, order management, and customer communication.
  • Develop product knowledge and assist customers with product solutions.
  • Maintain and grow customer accounts while supporting new business opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM and ERP systems to track sales activity and customer information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required;Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Mechanical, construction, electrical, or welding aptitude is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new technology.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
