As part of our team, you’ll operate industrial sewing machines and work on unique, durable goods that make a difference in industries across the board. If you enjoy working with your hands and take pride in your craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Operate sewing machines to stitch and assemble heavy-duty textile products
Follow patterns and detailed work instructions
Inspect your work to ensure top-notch quality
Perform minor machine maintenance
Contribute to a clean, efficient workspace
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous sewing experience (home or industrial – we’ll train the right person!)
• Good with measurements and reading instructions
• Great attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods

I’m Araceli, and my leap into recruiting was one of those “meant to be” moments—totally unexpected, but I wouldn’t have it any other way! I quickly found my passion in connecting people with their dream jobs, and now I’m here to do the same for you!
I was born and raised in Milwaukee and earned my degree from the University of Southern California. After graduating, I made the decision to trade in the Sunshine State to return to the land of cheese to help raise my two younger siblings. My experience ranges from local to national recruiting which has allowed me to build a strong network of connections and opportunities.
A bit more about me: I’m the oldest of three siblings, with an 11-year gap, so helping others is who I am. I’m also a huge animal lover and proud cat mom to a tuxedo kitty named Romeo.
